The project comprises of Toll Collection System (TCS) & Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) services. The scope of work include tender evaluation, design brief, review of functional specifications, supervision of site, testing and commissioning of system of the 183.4km long expressway connecting existing Karak – Kuantan Highway to the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It Starts from Jabor, going towards Terengganu and ends at Kg Gemuruh near Kuala Terengganu.
